Business Model
Cross Decisions is a multi-vendor consulting company.
Cross Decisions is a multi-product integrating company.
Our Consultants know subjectfields exactly. Our Consultants know many of the products and how to apply them for goals achievement.
After we learn new product we include it in our Portfolio. What does it mean? It means that we will consider this product during IT-consulting, marketing and sales activities and if it will be appropriate for the Customer after analysis we will recomend it for implementation.
Future's Strategy
In next 2 years we are planning to expand our products Portfolio in ECM, BPM, CRM, BI branches. Our new products will be Open Source generality.
In next 3 years we are planning to expand our Partner and "Business Friends" networks. We will not pay any join fees antill specific projects with specific products. But we can and will promote vendors's Brand names and Products. So if partner can't be official partner we'll ask to be our "Business Friend", so we will place information and link on our website friends' page for promotion. Of course with the permission of the potential Business Friend.
In next 5 years we are planning to become the best on the market. And build successful win-to-win partner network and business.
